Shipping Rates: are based on a flat fee system and are dependent on the total value of the order prior to the addition of any taxes or shipping amounts. They are as follows: 0-$75 = $17; $76-$150 = $21; $151-$350 = $25; $351-$750 = $35.00; $751-$1,500 = $50.00; $1,501-$2,500 = $60; $2,501-$5,000 = $90.00; $5,001-$10,000 = $150.00. Some exceptions apply where due to excessive length or weight shipping will be quoted on an individual basis. (ie Peter Lynn Buggies, Kitewings, etc.)

Oversize Shipping: Size Surcharge where it appears, indicates that due to the length of the packaged product, we are adding an additional amount to your invoice to offset the oversize charge paid to the courier at our end. Due to software limitations it is listed as an option, but in fact is not optional.

If more than one (1) oversize items are ordered, we will manually reduce your invoice so that only one (1) Size Surcharge has been included.

Costs for shipping outside of Canada are on a quote only basis.

Shipments outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and local taxes which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Items in stock will ship within 24 hours, out of stock items will ship as soon as new inventory arrives.

Returns / Exchanges:
We do not accept returns unless due to faulty product or shipping error on our part. And only then with proper authorization from HorizonKites.com to do so.

All returns must include a copy of the original invoice and be safely re-packed. Responsibility for the safe return of these items remains solely with the customer. Returned items will be inspected for damage prior to issuing a credit.
