IP addresses of each user are recorded when the site is accessed, and anyone attempting to disrupt the information being provided or the service being offered, will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

PRICING:
We attempt to keep all pricing information current, but with fluctuations in the value of our currency, and consequently our supply costs, all pricing is subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT:
At the present time, online purchases made from HorizonKites.com can be paid for by one of three methods.
1. By including your MasterCard, VISA, or American Express information as required. These transactions will be handled through our parent company business account with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. In this case the transaction will appear on your statement as "The Village Gallery."
2. These same charge cards can be processed through your PayPal account.
3. By using an "INTERAC Email Money Transfer" available from the major chartered banks and other financial institutions. Email your payment separately to sales@horizonkites.com

Those who prefer may order via mail. Payment must be included and can be made by credit card, money order or certified cheque. Personal cheques are acceptable, however shipment of order will be delayed until funds are released.

SPAM:
At HorizonKites.com we consider unsolicited email an annoyance. We do however reserve the right to send registered site users periodic special offers for site related products.
